Shooting Script - 25/11/15

The shooting script consists of qualitative data to match what is illustrated in the storyboard, as well as timings of that partiuclar shot, transistion between takes and the camera technique being used. It helps masssively with production as it lets you know how long you should be filming a shot for, saves time almost and reduces confusion. As well as what exactly you should be doing in front of the camera, and also helps with post production when editing, so you know what type of transistion to use between takes. The shooting script was made and written by myself using Microsoft Excel, as the columns and spreadsheet itself made it easier to create and simpler, with help from the rest of my group on what to put etc. (storyboard is found underneath the script)

Storyboard - 26/11/15

Below is our complete storyboard illustrating what will happen in our music video "Did You Miss Me". They are a vital part to production for any film medium as they show or portray how the process is going to work out as, and is something to go back to if you are stuck on what to shoot next similar to the animatic, although just it doesn't move. This has given us a good idea of what shots to use when it comes to filming and will act as a very helpful guideline to the filming process over the days we do so. The storyboard was drawn by Josh Calver, ideas for the illustrations come from myself, Jonny and Mohsin.
